Our monetization strategy centers on forming partnerships with companies like HubSpot and OctoAI, selling advertising packages that range from $5,000 to $10,000. Having managed the sales process end-to-end, Aadit is now looking to expand the team to further scale our efforts.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representatives to join the team. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing existing partnerships and aggressively pursuing new opportunities, thereby freeing up our founder to focus on strategic growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, tech-savvy, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing partners.
• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities.
• Handle the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to manage ad copy and sales assets.
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Exceptional communication skills in English, with experience in handling calls with US-based companies.
• Proven track record in B2B advertising sales, with a thorough understanding of key metrics such as CPM and CPC.
• Tech-savvy with experience in managing ad copy and assets.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial, and scrappy approach to challenges.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ad sales.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  
  

Proficient in CRM and sales management software.
