As the Junior Lead Generator for the Merge & Acquisition team, you'll play a pivotal role in bolstering the M&A activities and gain invaluable experience during your tenure with the team. The role demands meticulous planning, coordination, and frequent internal communication with our Latam Team. Your main tasks will be:

Primary Focus (>80%)

• Screen potential acquisition targets using our criteria.
• Identify carve-out opportunities within large multinational firms.
• Maintain data quality in our CRM for tracking KPIs and dashboards.
• Study new sectors and regions to aid our growth.
• Categorize software M&A advisors, from global to boutique agencies.
• Identify relevant third-party data sources and industry lists.
  
  

Secondary Responsibilities (

• Help with M&A due diligence, market analysis, contract reviews, and financial assessments, and assist in creating investment memorandums.
• Work on research projects with Business Development and Group Leaders to support M&A efforts.
  
  

Requirements

• We are looking for a university student in a career related to economics, data, or any other related field.
• Advanced Excel level - mandatory
• Advanced English skills - mandatory
• The ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under pressure is essential.
