What is this position about?

You will be working with a diverse team composed of talented Engineers immersed in the area of private investment banking.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will take a hands-on approach to developing scalable and efficient solutions, focusing on C# and microservices for backend development while leveraging cloud technologies to optimize performance. You’ll work on database management, system enhancements, and frontend updates, contributing to the modernization and improvement of key applications.

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office!

Job Description

• Develop and maintain C#-based backend services in a microservices architecture.
• Work with AWS technologies such as Lambda, ECS, SNS, SQS, and Terraform.
• Manage and optimize SQL databases.
• Implement minor frontend changes using Angular or React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize the application.
• Adapt to changing tasks and priorities while maintaining high-quality code.
• Communicate openly, raise concerns, and contribute to technical discussions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with C# and backend development.
• Hands-on experience working with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, SNS, and SQS.
• Experience managing and optimizing SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Angular or React.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
