Title: Learning Program Manager

Job Summary

UKG is seeking a Learning Program Manager (LPM) to join the Engineering, Product, Innovation & Cloud (EPIC) organization within the Value Enablement & Adoption team (VEA). The LPM will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires across the EPIC organization worldwide.

About The Role

As an LPM in Uruguay you will support VEA’s global new hire onboarding and learning programs, helping EPIC U Krewers quickly acclimate to their new role within EPIC as well as continuously grow to achieve their highest potential.

  • Teamwork: Works collaboratively and creatively with global Onboarding team members to ensure a consistent and effective onboarding experience for EPIC U Krewers.
  • Facilitation of Learning Sessions: Leads and facilitates engaging virtual and in-person learning sessions and enablement workshops to enhance new employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Onboarding Programs: Manages comprehensive onboarding and supports mentorship programs to ensure new hires and existing employees are effectively integrated and supported.
  • Program Management: Oversee learning programs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Organize projects and activities in accordance with the Onboarding and 48 Hours strategy and goals and effectively utilize resources.
  • Needs Analysis and Program Development: Conduct needs analysis to identify learning and development requirements. Develop and implement programs to address these needs and support business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, adjusting as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, Learning Experience Designers, leadership and other key stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues related to learning programs, ensuring corrective measures are implemented promptly.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and operating plans for learning programs, ensuring efficient and cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in learning program management and/or trainer/facilitator role.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in developing and delivering engaging presentations (in-person & virtual) that drive knowledge transfer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (Cornerstone) and other learning and engagement technologies.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in cross cultural collaboration.
  • Must be comfortable working as a hybrid employee (onsite / remote) and have the discipline to stay both motivated and engaged remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) and/or Project Management.
  • Certified Train the Trainer or related certification.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
