Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate R&D projects.
This role works with internal and external customers and technical resources to ensure the effective execution of each project to the defined deliverables.
Coordinates cross functional teams that may include such functions as Design Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality to complete assigned projects.
Accountabilities And Responsibilities
- Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Leads R&D projects following established design control procedures and conforming to quality and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for project administration. Develops, manages, and tracks project plans, schedules and cost for assigned projects.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams to successful deliver project objectives.
- Coordinates risk mitigation actions to ensure project deliverables are achieved and comply with cost, schedule and technical performance.
- Maintains strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure on time project deliverables. Serves as a customer technical point of contact.
- Provides regular reporting to PMO and support to Sales, Operations, Quality, Finance and other departments within the company to ensure project deliverables are on track.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
- Certification from an accredited institution in Project Management (e.g., PMI Certified) preferred.
- Advanced English level.
- Minimum Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management roles in regulated environments. Experience in R&D projects and manufacturing transfer projects desired.

- Skilled in preparing documentation such as project plans, schedules / timelines, checklists, protocols, and reports that are often detailed and complex.
- Proficient use of a PC, office software (MS Office Suite), and specialty project software (MS Project).
- Specialized Knowledge
- Knowledge of current FDA, ISO, MDD, and other pertinent Design Control requirement.
- Comprehension of development/engineering principles, sufficient to allow participation in new product development or other projects.
