We are looking for a Customer Success Analyst to join our company.

What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting Account Managers in resolving transactional or service issues
- Monitoring and reporting on service performance and SLAs
- Following up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalations
- Preparing reports and analyzing data to identify patterns or irregularities
- Maintaining clear documentation and helping improve support workflows
- 1–2 years in customer support, client operations, or fintech-related roles
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); Portuguese is a plus
- Solid soft skills: attention to detail, ownership, proactive mindset
- Comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets, basic analysis)
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus
