Job Description
Oracle NetSuite is looking for a Developer to join our product development team for Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) products. Our team builds business applications on the Oracle EPM platform, helping organizations efficiently plan, budget, forecast, and adapt to changing business conditions. We seek a motivated, results-driven developer with strong English communication skills to help build and optimize EPM product modules. We are a dynamic team of Engineers, Test Engineers, and Product Managers working across six locations that values flexibility, collaboration, and innovation. Based in one of the best spots in Montevideo, we offer a hybrid work model with both remote and in the office options. Our engineers and product owners share a common purpose; helping our customers achieve their goals through high-quality software built with clean code, SOLID principles, and Agile (SCRUM) methodologies. - Develop and test high-quality and performant features and enhancements.
- Focus on building robust EPM modules and Groovy development including Essbase.
- Take part in the resolution of production issues and work with team members, including Technical Support teams, to see the resolution through to completion.
- Participate in test plan creation and execution, ensuring comprehensive test coverage of features.
- Collaborate with team members across all roles to deliver high-quality applications.
- Actively participate in the team’s code review process.
- Assist in product road-map discussions and implementation.
- Learn and grow under guidance of your other team members and mentors.
- Participate in initiatives to improve processes and effectiveness.
- Contribute ideas and effort for continuous improvement.
- Graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent science/engineering field by December 2026.
- Experience with, JavaScript, Java, SQL, or other Programming Languages knowledge
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and DOM.
- At least 1 year of software development and object-oriented programming experience (academic or industry).
- Ideal candidates will have a passion for software quality.
- Experience with applications in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis systems.
- Knowledge of QA processes and methodologies.
