Customer Operations Specialist

This technical-commercial role will carry out customer service activities, both internal and external. We are looking for a profile with technical knowledge about the local products, services and processes of the site, being able to use that knowledge to provide solutions to the client's requirements.

This position will work closely with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality and R&D to provide solutions that meet our customers' needs with speed, accuracy and exceptional communication.

This position will be responsible for executing standard and repeat quotes for the site, as well as managing orders for customers, interacting directly with their assigned customers, as appropriate.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Champion the voice of the customer as appropriate within the site.
  • Instill customer advocacy during interactions with peers and facility personnel.
  • Represent Integer and the site’s needs to customers and Sales as appropriate during customer communications and issue resolution.
  • Communicate with customers and other Integer functions (Sales, Customer Service) to fully understand customer requirements.
  • Provide information and input to the annual and monthly forecasting process, including reconciliation to the monthly facility forecast.
  • Support intercompany quoting and order entry process between sites.
  • Work with facility personnel (Planning, Operations and Purchasing) to meet customer requests for items such as order expedites and change requests.
  • Execute quotation process for Repeat and Standard Products.
  • Work together with Customer Operations team to achieve sales and key metric performance goals, deliver on key metrics including Order Acknowledgement Cycle Time and Quote Cycle Time, and identify process improvement opportunities to better serve customers.
  • Purchase orders management.
  • Support and Participate in the lean manufacturing cultural change to drive out waste in manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate the finished good item configuration to ensure revision, price, and specifications are accurate.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience

  • Advanced student or graduate of Production Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience leading industry-related projects.
  • Demonstrate advanced level of English.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office products).
  • Specialized knowledge: Experience with Oracle.

Position from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 hs.
