You’ll lead by example—designing resilient microservices, shaping engineering best practices, and keeping systems that process billions of transactions running smoothly. - Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance C# / .NET microservices in AWS
- Create and document implementation patterns that guide multiple engineering teams
- Drive architectural and cloud best‑practice discussions with client stakeholders
- Champion engineering principles internally and externally, acting as a tech evangelist
- Build robust RESTful APIs and ensure data integrity across relational and NoSQL databases
- Apply BDD/TDD, unit testing, and automation to guarantee code quality
- Optimize for concurrency, caching, and resiliency at scale
- Collaborate directly with U.S. product and engineering teams in Agile ceremonies
- Support continuous delivery and integration pipelines to keep deployments fast and reliable
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development
- Deep expertise in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and cloud‑native patterns
- Hands‑on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.) or other major clouds
- Proven track record building RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and non‑relational databases
- Strong grasp of concurrency, resiliency, and caching strategies
- Practice with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing (TDD, BDD)
- Upper‑intermediate or better English; comfortable leading technical conversations with U.S. teams
- Curiosity for emerging tech and the ability to evaluate it quickly
- Experience with event‑driven architectures (Kafka, SNS/SQS)
- Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)
- Familiarity with Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture
- Exposure to IaC tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK
- Background in performance tuning for high‑throughput systems
