Main Objective:

We are looking for an Agile Facilitator to join the Digital Factory with the purpose of leading the adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s standard process for Azure DevOps platform, fostering harmonized, high-performing Agile practices across the organization through expert coaching, collaboration, and process ownership.


Main Tasks:

  • Serve as the primary owner of the ADO platform within IT organization, ensuring its configuration, governance, and usage align with organizational standards and support Agile delivery at scale.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the organization process standard, resolving questions, addressing issues, and ensuring consistent understanding and application across teams.
  • Lead the migration of all ADO products to the standard process in collaboration with regional Agile Coaches, promoting harmonization and alignment across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain clear guidelines for process exceptions, ensuring transparency and alignment with governance policies.
  • Design and implement an effective incident management process tailored to Agile delivery environments.
  • Establish a systematic approach for collecting and incorporating feedback, Track and report team performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring visibility, accountability, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Address and monitor upcoming impediments, providing methods to foster continuous improvement and effective communication while managing conflicts and promoting self-organization.



Requirements:

  • Education: University degree, e.g Bachelor degree Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Working Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience working within digital teams and jobs.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role in a scaled Agile environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience in leading cross-functional projects or initiatives
  • Language skills: Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
  • Technical skills:
  • Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO): configuration, process templates, reporting, and governance.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Soft skills:
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.
