Work in the Montevideo office in a support role performing administrative and accountant tasks related to one of our teams.Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge and Skills:

- Graduate Degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related careers

- Excellent interpersonal skills is a requirement

- Report writing skills are valued

- Able to accurately plan and prioritize work volume and tasks

- Ability to use different systems at once

- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills

- Good Excel skills preferably

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail


Key responsibilities:
- Production/Management of reports of all types

- Registration of invoices and other documents into our systems.

- Data management input and controls to make sure we align with our data accuracy standards.

- Keep our systems updated.

- Documentation of work processes and procedures and identification of efficiencies where possible.

- Follow up on contracts, documents and conducting administrative tasks

- Reconciliation tasks that may imply detailed analysis, discussion with other teams and external third parties

- Handle proficient interaction with other areas of the company
