Your role

Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced Wealth Management environment? Do you want to be part of a high performing team?

We’re looking for a client associate to:

  • be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
  • manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
  • perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes, e.g., account opening, initial and recurring KYC, and due diligence
  • research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner?

Your team

You will be working with the Wealth Management International Team based in Uruguay, Montevideo. Our team works with high-net-worth clients who heed excellent client service. As a client associate, you will play an important role in handling many client facing responsibilities and be in constant communication with our entire team

Your expertise

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial qualifications
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • excellent English level
  • good comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment, and credit products
  • solid relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
