Legal Analyst - Uruguay

We’re looking for a Legal Analyst to join our growing team and help support the legal needs of a fast-moving global business. You'll collaborate with different teams, work on commercial agreements, assist with compliance matters, and gain exposure to a wide range of legal topics. What you will be doing

• Draft, review, and support the negotiation of agreements and other legal documents, ensuring they meet legal requirements and protect the company's interests.

• Assist in the management of legal disputes, coordinating with external counsel when needed.

• Provide legal support to different business areas on matters related to contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.

• Monitor relevant laws and regulations, helping ensure the company remains compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• Partner with teams across the business—primarily Commercial, Finance, and Operations—to provide practical legal guidance and support day-to-day business needs.

• Support the Legal team in ongoing projects and contribute to improving internal legal processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Advanced English skills.

• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.

• 1–3 years of experience in a legal role. Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or another regulated industry is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
