Estamos en búsqueda de incorporar un/a Ayudante de Cocina para integrarse al equipo de producción y realizar elaboraciones de gran volumen, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, orden, higiene y seguridad alimentaria. Principales tareas: Realizar elaboraciones variadas según menú: guisados, tartas, ensaladas, rellenos, salsas y diferentes preparaciones de cocina caliente. Ejecutar procesos de cocción, preparación, porcionado y armado de platos en volumen. Cumplir con las normas de higiene, BPM y registros obligatorios (temperaturas, limpieza y control de procesos). Mantener el orden, limpieza y organización del área de trabajo durante toda la jornada. Apoyar en tareas generales de producción según las necesidades operativas del día.
