Operations Sourcing Analyst - Uruguay

We are looking for an Operations Sourcing Analyst to join our team. IIf you're passionate about the fintech and payments world, enjoy juggling operational execution with strategic thinking, and love turning complex processes into smooth, well-managed integrations, this role is for you. You'll help drive the sourcing and onboarding of new payment partners across LatAm, while building the product knowledge needed to eventually shape which solutions we integrate and how.

What You Will Be Doing

• Learn the ins and outs of our business and the payment methods we work with across LatAm (banks, PSPs, wallets) as the foundation for everything else in the role.
• Support the end-to-end sourcing process for new payment providers, identifying and evaluating potential banks, PSPs, and wallets to partner with.
• Coordinate and follow up across Legal, Compliance, and partner teams to keep contracts, documentation, and onboarding processes moving forward.
• Push integrations forward by tracking pending items, unblocking bottlenecks, and keeping all stakeholders aligned on timelines.
• Analyze the payment solutions under evaluation, comparing features, costs, and fit with our product and market needs.
• Contribute criteria and input during the integration process, building toward a greater role in deciding what gets integrated and how.
• Take on increasing ownership of the sourcing and integration process over time, freeing up leadership to focus on strategy, expansion, and new market development.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in fintech, payments, and business development in digital businesses.
• Comfortable navigating administrative, legal, and compliance-related processes as part of daily work.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills to manage multiple fronts (partners, Legal, Compliance) at once.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate options and build a product-oriented view over time.
• Experience or exposure to banks, PSPs, or payment methods in LatAm is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow — comfortable starting mostly hands-on and evolving toward more strategic involvement.
