Senior Full Stack Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design and deliver end-to-end full-stack capabilities within an AI-augmented environment, using internal MCP servers and Claude Code tooling as part of your daily workflow. You'll bring genuine business drive to understand manufacturing workflows, autonomously pushing projects forward without needing continuous supervision or ticket-by-ticket hand-holding. This is your opportunity to own features end-to-end in a fast-moving environment where AI-assisted development and manufacturing domain understanding work together.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver end-to-end full-stack capabilities across backend and frontend.
• Use internal MCP servers and Claude Code tooling as part of the development workflow.
• Understand and apply manufacturing workflow context to feature design and implementation.
• Push projects forward autonomously with minimal supervision.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Hands-on experience with React.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Background with AWS.
• Experience with Claude Code or AI-assisted development.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Experience with MCP server integration.
• Manufacturing domain knowledge, including RFQs and purchase orders.
