About The Role
We are looking for a Junior to Semi-Senior IT Operations / Cloud Support professional to join our team and support the day-to-day operation of our internal IT environment.
This is a hands-on, operational role with a strong focus on reliability, organization, and user support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to continue developing their technical skills in cloud and IT operations.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Junior to Semi-Senior IT Operations / Cloud Support professional to join our team and support the day-to-day operation of our internal IT environment.
This is a hands-on, operational role with a strong focus on reliability, organization, and user support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to continue developing their technical skills in cloud and IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage user access, including account creation, deactivation, and permissions.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to internal teams.
- Troubleshoot basic IT and connectivity issues.
- Support the administration of internal WiFi and network infrastructure.
- Set up and maintain basic cloud services and environments.
- Monitor and support simple cloud operations.
- Assist with general IT operations and internal technical requests.
- Technical education in IT, Networking, Systems, or a related field
- Approximately 0–2 years of professional experience in IT support, Service Desk, Systems Administration, Cloud Support, or a related area.
- Basic understanding of:
- User accounts and permissions
- Networking fundamentals
- Cloud services and environments
- General IT operations
- Basic knowledge or training in at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Proactive and organized approach to work.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a strong cultural fit.
- Experience with WiFi or internal network administration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Previous experience in a Service Desk, SysAdmin, SRE, or Cloud Operations environment.
- Intermediate or advanced English.
