What You'll Do
- Coordinate technical incident bridges to restore services rapidly and reduce customer friction.
- Partner with engineering and care teams to identify business impact and execute mitigation actions.
- Maintain precise incident documentation to ensure data quality and seamless post-mortem handoffs.
- Collaborate with change and problem management teams to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Use automated tracking tools to accelerate incident reporting and eliminate manual communication efforts.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in incident management, IT service management or technical support.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues and lead incident response calls confidently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical infrastructure risks clearly for all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional technical teams to maintain operational stability.
- Practical experience using automation or analytics tools to improve operational workflows and reporting.
