Senior UX/UI Designer – AI-First at BairesDev

In this role, AI design tooling isn't a nice-to-have; it's how you work. You'll design and improve usability across a complex enterprise product with dense, high-intensity workflows, leaning on AI-first tools and an established AI-aligned design system throughout your process. Pairing closely with UI software engineers for clean handoff, this is your opportunity to work at the leading edge of AI-assisted UX/UI design, where AI accelerates execution while your design judgment remains firmly in control.

What You'll Do

• Design UX/UI solutions for dense, high-intensity enterprise workflows using AI-first tooling.
• Work within an AI-aligned design system, applying and evolving it as needed.
• Pair with UI engineers to ensure clean, efficient design-to-engineering handoff.
• Continuously improve existing product surfaces based on usability findings and customer feedback.
• Apply customer-perspective design thinking to complex enterprise problems.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tooling such as Lovable or Claude Design.
• Strong experience designing UX/UI for complex enterprise software.
• Experience working within and contributing to design systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience designing dense or intense workflow interfaces.
• iPaaS or enterprise integration domain experience.
• Background in UX research.
