As a Finance Accounting & Reporting Advanced Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing complex accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), corporate guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.

You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial information through timely accounting closings, reconciliations, and detailed financial analyses. Additionally, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and the strengthening of internal controls within our Knowledge Center.

How you create impact

• Independently execute complex accounting and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and complex financial analyses.
• Coordinate and support statutory audit processes, including the preparation of financial statements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promote process standardization, and provide guidance and mentoring to other specialists.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local accounting regulations, and corporate finance policies and guidelines.
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably within multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards, and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
