Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized, creative Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team with day-to-day

coordination and execution. In addition to general marketing coordination, this role focuses on design production and

email marketing, from building emails to deploying them. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who

enjoys turning briefs into polished, on-brand deliverables and wants hands-on experience in travel marketing.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

General Marketing Coordination

• Track project requests, timelines, and deliverables using the team's project management tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams, advisors, and supplier partners to gather content, assets, and approvals.
• Proofread materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  
  

Focus Area: Design Production

• Develop templates for advisor and employee adoption in alignment with brand standards
• Create microsites in Figma for events, campaigns, and special initiatives.
• Support the creation of promotional admin pages for special offers, inspirational blogs and Meta campaigns.
• Design PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, and other marketing collaterals.
• Design banner ads and digital display assets.
• Source and curate images that align with brand standards and usage rights.
  
  

Focus Area: Email Marketing

• Design and build emails in HTML for invitations, events, and special communications.
• Test emails before deployment, including rendering across devices and email clients, link checks, and
  
  

proofing.

• Set up audience lists and segments in Acoustic and Salesforce Marketing Cloud in coordination with the team.
• Schedule, deploy, and send emails through Acoustic and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Track basic email performance (opens, clicks, bounces) and share results with the team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical
  
  

experience.

• A portfolio showcasing digital and email design work.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, design, or email marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience coding responsive emails in HTML and CSS.
• Experience building and deploying emails in Acoustic Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM
  
  

platforms.

• Experience testing emails in email marketing tools such as Litmus.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury brands.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.

This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
